Every Mad Dog® transmission is 100% tested for performance and quality. All our remanufactured transmissions are built with the finest quality components available on today’s market providing for superior performance and increased horsepower capability.
We begin with a complete inspection of the transmission case and all components that will be replaced. All stock parts are replaced with high performance components. We use the strongest components available on the market today.

All valve bodies are tested for performance.

Every Mad Dog® transmission must pass a static hydraulic pressure test during assembly.
Our transmissions and 100% inspected before they leave our facility.

Every converter is leak-checked & computer balanced.

Finally, each and every Mad Dog® transmission that we remanufacture is subjected to the industry’s most demanding fluid pressure and drive testing technology before it leaves our facilities. Mad Dog Transmissions are placed in a test vehicle and driven on the street to ensure that the transmission shifts and functions properly.
